1 lb. Ground Beef
1 small Onion, chopped
2 Potatoes cubed
1/2 small head of Cabbage, shredded
Vegetables left over from refrigerator
1 c. Sliced Celery
1 16 oz. can Chopped Tomatoes
6 c. Water
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Brown Ground Beef and Onion in a large pot. Add Water, Vegetables and Tomatoes to Meat mixture. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until Vegetables are tender.
