2 apples coarsely chopped (little pieces)

1 cup white sugar

1 and half cups flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon cinnamon

half teaspoon nutmeg

half teaspoon allspice

half cup melted butter

1 egg

half cup walnuts (optional)

add sugar to apples in bowl
sift dry ingredients
blend butter and egg into apple bowl
add dry ingredients until blended
bake in greased pan at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes
