Mexican Meatloaf Recipe

2 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 large onion
1 1/2 C. Minute Rice
2 C. tomato juice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1- 8oz. jar of taco sauce, mild or hot
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 large pkg. Doritos or Corn Chips
1 lb. cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger and onion. Drain. Add all the other ingredients except the last two. Simmer 10 minutes. Put in 9x13 pan-1/2 meat mixture, 1/2 chips, and 1/2 cheese.
Then add the rest of the meat, cheese and chips.
Bake @ 350 for 10 minutes.
