"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
This recipe for Lentil Stew, by Lorie Barton, is from The Logan 12th Ward Cookbook,
one of the cookbooks created at FamilyCookbookProject.com. We help
families or individuals create heirloom cookbook treasures.

Brown sausage and onions in large kettle. Add remaining ingredients with water to cover. Simmer 1-1 1/2 hours. Note - We made up this recipe so there isn't really a recipe. I've tried to write it down. Feel free to experiment.
