3 egg whites
1 C sugar
1 sleeve of crushed soda crackers
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla
peaches
whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Whip egg whites until stiff. Slowly add in sugar. Stir in crackers, baking powder, pecans and vanilla. Spray 2 pie plates with cooking spray and spread mixture on bottom. Bake at 350 for 30 mins. Cool. Fill with sliced peaches. Top with whipped cream. Refrigerate 4-5 hours or overnight.
