1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
3-5 pound Pot Roast

Directions:
Directions:
Put the Roast in a large oblong pan. Add the Mushroom Soup and the Lipton Onion Soup mix. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 3-5 hours or until roast is done.

Aunt Shirley taught me how to make this recipe when I moved to Phoenix in 1976. There are never any leftovers.
