1 lb. Ground Turkey
2 cloves fresh Garlic, minced
1 fresh Jalapeņo Pepper, chopped fine, de-vein, remove seeds
1/2 c. onion
1 can Rotel Tomatoes
2 small cans Tomato Sauce
1 c. Brown Rice
1 tsp. Mrs Dash Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Turkey in a large saucepan until brown. While cooking the Turkey, add the Onion, Garlic, and Jalapeņo Pepper. Add the Rotel and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat. Add both cans of Tomato Sauce and fill one can half full with water and add to mixture. Stir and add Rice, cover with a lid and cook until Rice is done.
