1 Duncan Hines golden butter cake mix
2c. sugar
16oz. sour cream
7oz. flake coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake as directed in 2 8inch rounds. Cool completely. Slice each layer in through the center, turning cut side up each time. Combine sugar, sour cream and coconut together. Frost. Refrigerate.

This cake will always remind me if my Grandma Pauline. She passed away in July of this year and will be greatly missed by many. I do hope when you make this for your family it will help keep her memory alive. Enjoy it as much as I have over the years. Shelby.
