2-4 pounds fresh green beans 1 bottle Italian salad dressing
Snap tips off green beans. Cook in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Drain and immediately place in a bowl of ice water. Drain. Place in mixing bowl and toss with salad dressing. Chill for 2 hours before serving. Toss and serve. Add more dressing if needed.
I prefer to use Ken's Light Northern Italian salad dressing.
