6 FROZEN, boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place frozen chicken breasts in slow cooker. Mix together soup, mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Pour over chicken. Cover slow cooker and cook on LOW 10-12 hours. Serve over rice.

I prefer to use cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of chicken.
