Zucchini Lasagna Recipe

2 1/2 lb. zucchini, cut diagonally, 1/4" thick
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
2 - 4 oz. cans tomato sauce
3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Brown hamburger with spices and add tomato sauce.
Place a layer of cut zucchini in greased 9X13 pan, sprinkle with 3 tbsp. flour. Add 1/2 cottage cheese mixture, 1/2 meat mixture, and top with 1/2 shredded cheese. Add another layer of everything with remaining ingredients. Bake at 375 for about 45 minutes.
