1 pastry crust
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
6 cups thinly sliced apples, Golden Del. and Fuji
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1/4 cup caramel topping

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

1) Prepare the crumb topping by stirring together the brown sugar, 1/2 cup flour, and oats. Cut in 1/2 cup butter until lie course crumbs. Set aside.
2) In a large mixing bowl, stir together the sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Add apple slices and toss to coat.
3) Transfer apple mix to a pastry lined pie pan.
4) Sprinkle crumb topping over apples. Cover edges of pie with crust shield and bake for 25 minutes.
5) Remove shield and bake for another 25-30 minutes.
6) Remove from oven and sprinkle with pecans and drizzle with caramel.
7) Cool on a wire rack.
