c. Butter, softened
1/3 c. packed Dark Brown Sugar
1/3 c. granulated Sugar
2 c. All-Purpose Flour
1 c. Walnuts, chopped
16 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
c. granulated Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 large Eggs
6 oz. Butterfinger or equivalent candy bar, chopped

Heat oven to 350. Crust: In large bowl, beat Butter on medium-high speed until smooth and creamy, one minute, add Sugars; beat until smooth and fluffy. On low speed, beat in Flour. Beat in Nuts just until incorporated. Reserve one cup of mixture. Press remainder over bottom of ungreased 9" X 13" X 2" baking pan. Bake crust in 350 oven 10 minutes. Transfer to wire rack and let cool slightly. Filling: In large bowl, beat together Cream Cheese and Sugar on medium-high speed until smooth, about three minutes. Add Vanilla and Eggs: beat for two minutes. Fold in candy bars. Spoon over baked crust. Sprinkle reserved crust mixture over top. Bake in 350 oven 30 minutes or until the cheese cake layer is set. Transfer pan to wire rack and cool. Serve or refrigerate.
