1 1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. light mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese (fresh)
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 t. basil (dried)
1/2 t. salt
4 c. broccoli florets
4 c. cauliflower florets
1 medium red onion, sliced
1 cup sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 large head of lettuce, torn
2 c. chinese noodles

Serves: 16-18

Combine first six ingredients plus onion and water chestnuts. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before serving combine broccoli, cauliflower and lettuce in serving bowl. Toss with dressing, sprinkle with chinese noodles and serve.
