6 c. yellow summer squash, cubed
1/4 c. onion, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. pkg. stuffing mix (or leftover Thanksgiving stuffing)
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 small container of sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute squash and onion in small skillet until onion is translucent. Mix soup and sour cream. Melt butter and mix with stuffing. Spread squash and onion in the bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish. Pour soup mix over squash. Cover with stuffing mixture. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
