4 c. canned sweet potatoes-mashed (2 1lb. cans)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c evaporated milk
1 t. vanilla
3/4 stick butter, melted
2 eggs


Topping:
1 c. golden raisins
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 c. pecans
1/2 stick butter

Directions:

Serves: 8

Combine ingredients and beat with electric mixer. Spread in 2 quart baking dish. Topping: Combine dry ingredients. Sprinkle over sweet potatoes. Dot with butter. Bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes.
