1 rotisserie chicken, or any leftover chicken pieces you may have
1 small pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can chicken stock
approximately 4 c. milk
1 - 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Shred chicken pieces with two forks. Place in large pot. Add frozen broccoli. Add all condensed soups and stock. Add one can of milk for each can of condensed soup. Stir thoroughly. Heat on medium low, stirring frequently, until it starts to steam. Add cheddar cheese just before serving. Stir well. Serve in breadbowls or with crusty rolls.

If you'd rather not have the milk and cheese version, replace the cream soups with chicken and vegetable soups. Replace the milk with water and eliminate the cream. Add whatever veggies you have on hand, and noodles if you wish!
