1 package burrito sized soft tortillas
2 8-oz. packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup chopped green olives
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup chopped green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1) Let tortillas stand at room temperature for at least 15 minutes.
2) On each tortilla, spread a thin layer of cream cheese and then sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of each vegetable on top.
3) Tightly roll up and wrap tortilla rolls individually in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
4) To serve, slice each roll diagonally.
