2 pounds chuck or flank steak
3 cups sliced red onion
2 cups sliced green pepper
4 cloves of garlic- minced or pressed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. rosemary, crushed
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 tbsp. red vinegar
1 cup beef broth
1 tbsp. tomato paste
2 bay leaves
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
1) Add all ingredients, except the cilantro, to a slow cooker.
2) Cover and cook on low for at least 8 hours.
3) Remove beef from the pot and shred with 2 forks.
4) Stir the beef and cilantro back into the broth.
