2 1/2 c. luke warm water
1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 pkg. quick dry yeast
1c. flour
1/3c. oil
5 1/2c flour
2 T. soft butter
1/4c sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Dissolve yeast in water 3 min. Add cake mix, 1 c. flour, eggs, oil, and salt. Beat with mixer until bubbles appear. Add 5 1/2c. flour slowly.(add more if needed) Stir with spoon, making soft dough. Knead on floured surface 5 min. Let rise until double. Divide dough in half, and roll 1/4" thick. Spread with butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Roll up. Cut into 1 1/4" pieces. Place in greased pan and let rise until double. Bake at 350, 20-30 min. Frost with Icing if desired.
