2 c. Flour, sifted
3/4 c. Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 Egg, beaten
3/4 c. Orange Juice
2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 c. Fresh Cranberries, sliced
1/2 c. Walnuts
1 tsp. Orange Zest [grated fresh Orange Peel]

Preheat Oven to 350; mix together dry ingredients, stir in Cranberries, Nuts, and Orange Zest. Combine Egg, Orange Juice and Oil, stir in to dry mixture just until moistened. Bake in greased and floured loaf pans for 50 minutes or until center is done.
