1 16 oz. can each of: pear halves, peach halves, apricots, pineapple chunks
1 3 oz. jar maraschino cherries
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 t. curry powder
1 T. cornstarch
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. nutmeg

Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Use an ungreased 9 x 13 baking dish. Drain fruit and arrange hollow side up in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over top. Bake 1 hr. at 350º. You may make this a day ahead and reheat for 1/2 hr. Any fruits may be substituted.
