3 1/2c. water
1c. fresh mint leaves
juice of 1 lemon
6 1/4c. sugar
1 package certo

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the mint leaves and the water with the lemon juice and sugar. Heat to boiling then add the certo and boil for another minute. Let stand for a minute, skim and pour quickly.
