1 banana
3/4c. orange juice
1tbps honey
2 egg whites
1 1/2c. oatmeal
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder1/2-3/4c. raisins
nuts(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mash banana and mix together the juice, honey and egg whites. In a large bowls combine the oatmeal and dry ingredients. Add the banana mixture and fold in the raisins and the nuts (optional). Bake in a 375 oven for 10-15 minutes or until outsides are crisp.
