1 green or red pepper
1 large onion
1 box Kraft Macaroni and Cheese
1 pound ground turkey (or hamburger)
1/2 stick butter
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 2/3 cups milk (or 1 1/4 soup cans-worth)
freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

1. Brown hamburger. Add onion and green pepper and fry.
2. Add cream of celery soup, milk, butter, and packet of cheese powder
3. In separate pan, boil macaroni. Once tender, drain. Add to other pan.
4. Season with black pepper to taste.

This is my dad's recipe. He used to make it for us when we were kids. Everyone seems to like it. You can make it more healthy by substituting whole wheat pasta (give the Kraft pasta to your less healthy friends).
