1 lb ground beef or chicken
2 cans Chili Hot Beans ( these are only found at Kroger, their brand)
1 can Enchilada sauce
1 can chopped green chilies
4 cups cheddar cheese
1 pkg Taco Seasoning
1 onion
10 flour Tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef or chicken and drain fat
Return to pan and add chopped onion, cook until onion is tender
Add beans, enchilada sauce, green chilies, taco seasoning and 2 cups of cheese to meat mixture
Place in flour tortillas, roll up and place in Pyrex dish
Bake for 30 min at 350 degrees lightly covered with foil
Add remaining 2 cups of cheese and return to oven for 10 more min
