1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1 cup apple juice
1 can chicken broth
1 beef roast (approx. 2-4 pounds)
1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in slow cooker. Mix together mustard, juice and broth. Pour over meat. Heat on HIGH for 30 minutes. Switch to LOW and continue cooking for approximately 5 hours. Cut into roast to see if it's "done." Remove meat from pot and shred. Pour cooking juices out of the slow cooker and return shredded meat to pot. Pour BBQ sauce over meat and stir well. Serve with rolls for a delicious BBQ sandwich.
