2 sticks softened butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 cups peeled, chopped apples
6 oz. butterscotch chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Beat in eggs. Add flour, soda, powder, salt and cinnamon. Be sure to beat well after each addition. Stir in apples and butterscotch chips. Mix will be thick. Bake in a greased 9x13 pan at 350º for one hour.
