3-4 c. Water
1 tsp.Salt
1 c. Acini di Pepe Pasta
1 21 oz. can Pineapple Tidbits, drain, reserve juice
2 small or 1 large Mandarin Orange
1 c. Sugar
3 tbsp. Flour
3 Eggs, beaten
1 c. Miniature Marshmallows
1/2 container Cool Whip

Boil Water and add Salt. Add Pasta, cook until done. Drain and rinse. Drain and save Pineapple Juice from fruit. Add Pineapple and Orange to Pasta and chill. To reserved Juice, add Sugar, Flour, and the Eggs. Cook on low-medium until thickened, stirring frequently. Cool. Add to pasta, chill overnight or 5-6 hrs. before adding Miniature Marshmallows and Cool Whip. Mix well. Let set for a couple of hours before serving.

This is always requested for family gatherings; my granddaughters say they want it served at their weddings. If you can't find this pasta, it looks like tapioca. Perhaps another small pasta would work.
