1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 cup water
3/4 cups cooking oil
3 eggs (unbeaten)
1 small pkg. lemon Jello (3 oz.)
grated zest of 1 lemon

Directions:
Blend thoroughly (2 min. electric beater). Bake in 9 X 13 pan 325degrees for 35-40 min.

While baking mix:
1/3 cup butter (melted)
1 cup powdered sugar
6 Tb. lemon juice

While cake is warm, prick all over the top with a fork. Pour sauce over top.

Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip
