1lb of med cooked shrimp 1 lb of cooked crab meat 2 med tomatoes 1 cucumber 1 med onion 12 radishes 1 bunch of parsley 1 cup of Clamato juice 1 tbsp of salt (Bag of tortilla chips or crackers)
Dice all of the vegetables and mix in a salad bowl then throw the crab meat and shrimp on top along with the salt. Lastly add the clamato juice and mix it. This dish can be serve with chips or crackers.
