2 lbs. boned Veal Shoulder
3Tbsp.lard or olive oil
1 Can of tomato soup
1 Qt. hot water
6 med onions
6 med carrotts
1 small can or frozen peas fresh prefered
1 tbl salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Cut Veal into 1 1/2 in. cubes, heat fat bown meat,
add soup and water, Simmer 30 min. Add carrotts salt simmer 20 min. make dumplings add to top cover tightly do not open cook for 20 min do not lift lid till cooking time is over add cooked peas befor searving

Very good for a little richer broth add 1/4 cup of sour cream and 1/4 cup of wippin cream warmed
