14 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 onion
1/2 medium green pepper shredded(optional)
3 medium shredded carrots
3/4c +2tbsp. salad oil
1 1/2c. sugar
pinch of celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the veggies in a large bowl and sit aside.
Boil the vinegar,oil,sugar,salt and celery seed. Pour over the veggies and mix. Let sit at room temperature for 1 1/2 hours. Refrigerate. Keep for weeks
