1/4 c. oil
3 c. chopped onions
1/8 c. all-purpose flour
3 c. plum tomatoes, chopped
56 oz. diced tomatoes in juice
3 t. salt
1 t. pepper
1 t. dried thyme
1 t. minced garlic
1 t. sugar
1-1/2 c. heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Put oil in large stockpot. Saute onions until soft. Stir in flour and cook 2 min., stirring constantly. Add plum tomatoes, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, thyme, garlic and sugar. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream and remove from heat.
