2 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate bits
4 egg yolks
1/4 cup brandy

Heat heavy cream in microwave for 2 minutes.

In blender, whirl the heavy cream and chocolate morsels until they melt. Add yolks and liquer. Pour into decorative bowl. Cover it with saran wrap and let it refrigerate for 6 hours.

Take it out of refrigerator and have a big spoon and a big can of whipped cream at your side. Sit down and dig in and really try to share. I know your parents taught you to share.
