2 cups grated cheese of your choice
12 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Directions:
Tear up bread and place in greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Brown and drain sausage. Spoon drained sausage over bread. Sprinkle grated cheese over sausage. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour mixture over dish. Let sit overnight. (You can cook it right away, too). Bake at 350 degrees in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. The cheese will rise to the top during baking. Enjoy and be ready for people to ask for seconds.

Personal Notes:
Best if made the night before so the ingredients can soak into the bread. Then you can get up in the morning and pop it in the oven. I make this dish for Easter, Christmas morning, and when we have company in town visiting. Want to come visit?
