Directions:
Place 1/2 cup oleo, sugar, and salt into a bowl. Pour 1/2 cup boiling water over mixture and stir until well mixed. Set mixture aside and let cool. Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup very warm tap water. Set aside until cool, then pour into oleo mixture, stirring well. Add 1 beaten egg. Gradually add from 3 to 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour. Stir as you are adding flour. Place dough in greased bowl (large enough to hold 3-4 quarts, as dough will rise overnight.) Cover with foil and refrigerate.

About 3 hours before ready to serve, melt 1 stick oleo and set aside to cool. Roll dough out on floured cutting board. Roll dough to approximately 1/2 inch thickness and cut with biscuit cutter. Dip rolls into cooled, melted
oleo, fold in half and place rolls next to each other in pan. Place pan(s) on top of stove with light on over stove for 2 - 2 1/2 hours to rise. Bake at 425º for 12-15 minutes.

Personal Notes:
These are no fail rolls. They are the first and only rolls I have ever made. May be frozen after placing in pans. You will need to take them out of freezer at least 3 1/2 hours before you are ready to serve.
