2 T. white vinegar
2 c. milk
4 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. dark raisins
1 c. golden raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease and flour a tube pan. Add vinegar to milk and let stand 15 minutes. Mix all ingredients until just wet. Spoon into pan. Bake to a deep golden brown 50-60 minutes.
