1 c. cooked wild rice (1/2 c. uncooked)
1 can cream of potato soup
1 c. shredded cheddar or American cheese
3 T. onion
3 or 4 slices of bacon, crisp fried and crumbled
1 pint milk, or a little more if you like

Directions:
Directions:
Saute bacon and onions. Set aside. Place soup, milk, bacon, onion, cheese, and wild rice in kettle. Simmer until cheese is melted and wild rice is tender - 10-12 minutes. Salt and pepper as desired.
