1 pound sharp cheddar cheese
1 pound American cheese
1 pound cream cheese
parsley flakes
hot sauce
worchestershire sauce
2 tbs yellow mustard
lawrey's season salt(must be lawrey's)
pecans chopped fine
butter

Directions:
Directions:
cut cheese into blocks, put back into fridge and get cold. chop in food processor or grater, blend well.
finely chop pecans, melt 2 tbs butter in skillet add pecans, parsley flakes and season salt together and toast lightly, cool.
add a few dashes hot sauce, 1-2 tbs season salt and 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce and 2 tbs yellow mustard to cheese mixture, mix then add 2 tbs pecan mixture and mix well. form into 1 inch round 6 inch long logs. roll in pecan mixture. roll in saran wrap, will keep for weeks.

Hazel made these every Christmas. People from all over Lebanon would begin putting their order in a year ahead of time. Our favorite way to eat was with his homemade chex mix.
