1 small bottle Thousand Island Dressing
1 small jar Apricot Preserves
1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 cans dark pitted cherries in syrup (not cherry pie filling)
6 chicken pieces
garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and layout the chicken pieces in a pan. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Mix first three ingredients together in a bowl and pour over the chicken.

Cover with tin foil and bake at 350º for 45 minutes.

Uncover and baste the chicken.

Put back in the oven for an additional 30 minutes, uncovered.

Pour over two cans of dark pitted cherries with syrup and bake for 15 more minutes.

Serve with rice.
