1 stick butter 1 can mushrooms 1 cup uncooked rice 1 can cream of celery soup 1 chicken Ė cut up 2 cups water 1 Pkg dry onion soup mix
Put roaster or 9 x 13 pan in oven with butter at 300ļ until butter melts. Sprinkle the pan with the rice. Place chicken pieces in pan. Sprinkle with the onion soup mix. Add mushrooms. Mix together the soup and water and pour over the top. COVER. Bake 400ļ for 20 minutes. Reduce temperature to 300ļ and bake one more hour.
