Home picked lettuce,(2 huge hand full)
1lb bacon
3 cooked and diced potatoes
4 scallions
dash of salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 T vinegar
1/4 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut up lettuce. Cut and fry bacon till crisp. Add your potatoes , scallion, salt, pepper, and vinegar. Pour bacon and just a touch of the oil from the bacon over the lettuce. Add your cream and serve cold.
