2 9" pie shells
2 cups diced, fully cooked ham
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese (I prefer sharp)
2 tsp. dried minced onions
4 eggs
2 cups half and half cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pie shells at 400º with a layer of aluminum foil on top. Remove the foil and bake 5 minutes longer.
Divide ham, cheese, and onion between the pie shells.
Whisk eggs, cream, salt and pepper together and pour into pie shells.
Bake quiche 35-45 minutes at 400º until an inserted knife comes out clean.
Allow to stand 5-10 minutes before cutting.
