4 - 15 oz. cans white navy beans
4 - tbsp. water
2 - tbsp. cornstarch
1 - cup ketchup
1 - cup dark brown sugar (can use golden)
4 - tsp. white vinegar
8 - tsp. minced onion (1 medium)
4 pieces cooked bacon crumbled (or 2 tbsp. bacon bits)
1 - tsp. dry mustard
1/8 - tsp. pepper
1/2 - tsp. garlic powder
1/2 - tsp. salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º
Pour entire contents of cans of beans including liquid into a covered dish or roaster pan.
Combine water and cornstarch together and stir until cornstarch is dissolved.
Stir mixture into beans.
Stir the remaining ingredients into the beans and cover the dish or roaster pan.
Bake for 90 minutes or until sauce thickens.
Stir every 30 minutes.
Let beans sit for 5 to 10 minutes after removing from oven
before serving.
