1 bag of Tostitos scoops
1 can fiesta corn drained well
1 can rotel drained well
12 oz sour cream
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 8 oz bag sharp shredded cheddar cheese
1 small red onion chopped
1/4 c chopped jalepeno or banana peppers
Bacon bits
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except tostitos and bacon bits. Top with bacon bits and spread onto scoops. Enjoy.
