Whole Chicken, Chicken Bouillon, 2 sprigs Fresh Parsley, 4 Peeled and diced potatoes, 2 Cups Flour, 1 Egg, salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook your chicken until tender in approximately 2 quarts of water. Remove chicken from broth and set aside to cool.

Mix 2 cups flour and egg together to make a dough and roll out very thin, approximately the thinness of noodles. Cut into about 2 inch squares.

Bring broth to boil on high in 4-5 quart stock pot. Add fresh parsley and diced potatoes. Start adding your squares of dough, but keep stirring as you add them. Broth must be kept at a rolling boil. Once all dough has been added and stirred, reduce heat to low simmer and cook until potatoes and dough are completely cooked.

Chop the cooled chicken and add to pot.
