2 sticks butter
1 cup water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
chopped nuts

CAKE: Bring to boil first three ingredients, put in mixing bowl and add next three ingredients and beat. Add the next three ingredients and pour into greased cookie sheet (with edge - 18" x 12"). Bake at 325 for 25 minutes.

FROSTING: While cake is baking, bring to boil first three ingredients and then add last three ingredients. Frost cake while hot.
