1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup water
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt

Sift all dry ingredients together. Add mayo, water, vanilla and salt. Mix until smooth.
Put wax paper in bottom of cake pan or grease well.
Bake 30-35 minutes at 325
Can do as cupcakes - Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375
