Ingredients:  
1 medium butternut squash cut into cubes
1 medium onion chopped into pieces
2-3 cups chicken broth
1-2 cups water, as needed
1/2-1 cup of cream or half and half
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Add squash and onion pieces to water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until squash is tender. Drain water from vegetables and place vegetables back in pan. Add water and broth to pan and reheat. Add mixture to blender to puree soup. Add cream or half and half to taste. Enjoy!
